3. Elden Ring

1. Sons of the Forest
Sons of the Forest is the long-awaited sequel to The Forest, and it has landed in the top 10 PC games list after releasing in Early Access on Steam.
With an all-time peak concurrent players count of 414,257 and an all-time 777,579 Twitch viewer peak, Sons of the Forest is one of the hottest video games on the planet right now.
2. Hogwarts Legacy
Hogwarts Legacy retains its place in the top 10 but drops to second place, and although player numbers have dropped slightly, the game set in the Harry Potter universe is still the most talked about game in 2023.
3. Company of Heroes 3
Relic Entertainment’s action RTS Company of Heroes 3 climbs into third in this week’s top 10 as more recruits join the fight in this heart-pounding strategy set in the Mediterranean theater in World War 2.

There’s been a lot of excitement this week in video game news, which has heavily featured the Harry Potter universe, and no less than four new PC games making it into our top 10 list.
1. Hogwarts Legacy
Still leading the Steam sales since the start of pre-orders, Avalanche Software’s action RPG is recording quite an impressive number of players and hours played. On the day of its release, the 800,000 concurrent players had accumulated 152 million hours of gameplay. By February 21, this number of hours had risen to 267 million, making Hogwarts Legacy the best game of the Harry Potter saga.
2. Atomic Heart
A new soviet-style futuristic PC game looking like Bioshock has reached 2nd place in our top 10 (4th in sales on Steam) and is already creating controversy in a tense political context.
Developed by the Moscow-based studio Mundfish, this rather crazy single-player role-playing game, in which man finds himself confronted with the uprising of machines, is considered pro-Russian, vulgar, and sexist, and some rumors would have us believe that it would collect users’ personal data.
Anyway, Atomic Heart is beautiful and on sale for almost 30% off.
3. Wild Hearts
Also new in this top PC game list is the entry of a multiplayer RPG based on the hunt for Kemono, those supernatural monsters from Japanese culture.
Taking advantage of cross-play, you can form a team of 3 to hunt these giant monsters in a world inspired by medieval Japan. Upgrade weapons and armor and use ancient magic to free the province of Azuma from chaos.

A few days before its anniversary, the Japanese studio FromSoftware, which created Bloodborne (2015) and Dark Souls 3 (2016), posted an image on its Twitter account to inform fans that Elden Ring had exceeded 20 million sales in just one year of operation! And that number will undoubtedly continue to rise if rumors of an upcoming DLC are confirmed.
6. COD: Modern Warfare 2
Infinity Ward’s FPS is in 6th place despite a surge in popularity on Twitch, with peaks of over 100,000 simultaneous viewers per day.
The release of Ranked brought many players back, but perhaps as much as Activision expected.
The recent revelations about the next game have scared gamers, as they fear that the developers will be too quick to drop Modern Warfare 2 in favor of COD 2023.
7. FIFA 23
The rumors surrounding the FIFA 23 Showdown Series are getting more specific despite the absence of an official announcement from Electronic Arts.
The new event, which appeared last year in FIFA 22, is expected to take place on February 24 and will allow players to acquire upgraded maps boosted by SBCs (Squad Building Challenges). This concept will take the adrenaline to a new level as it relies on taking risks to get a significant upgrade.
8. Returnal
Returnal is a new PC game debuting in this week’s top 10. Released on February 15, 2023, this third-person shooter is a dynamic rogue-like that features 2-player online co-op in addition to its single-player mode.
The ancient ruined world you will explore is constantly changing, and so are the ways you can approach it to fight, which suggests a rather exciting longevity.

After a pre-order campaign that propelled Hogwarts Legacy to the top of the PC game sales charts on Steam for several weeks, this year’s Best RPG has reportedly had the best video game launch since Red Dead Redemption 2.

In the meantime, you can play as Harry Potter on his magical broom and cast devastating spells like the death spell “Adava Kedavra,” thanks to a mod created by the Garden of Eyes team.
4. Dead Space
While the 2008 survival horror remake has an expected playtime of 11 hours, speedrunner Sharkhat87 managed to finish Dead Space in 1 hour and 55 minutes, setting a world record that seems unbeatable, except perhaps by himself.

In development since 2011, Project Zomboid continues to evolve into one of the best PC survival games.
The Indie Stone team has announced the upcoming “Build 42” update that will revolutionize its graphics and include even more advanced survival features such as animal husbandry, fishing, and farming.
Project Zomboid is the best PC game under €10 for those that love zombies and co-op horror games.
Launched rather quietly a few days after the first anniversary of the release of this magnificent co-op RPG, a free update has dramatically increased the stockpile of weapons and equipment from 50 to 250, with each one offering a unique way to tackle the zombies and the brutal open world.
Even though Techland has unveiled its roadmap for 2023, we’ll have to wait until April to find out more about the next DLC.
CD Projekt Red’s RPG is back in this top PC games list despite the end of the Cyberpunk: Edgerunner series and the confirmation that there will be no season 2.

On Tuesday, 7 February, 28,672 channels streamed their Hogwarts Legacy game for 1,253,916 concurrent viewers.
Prices on official platforms have risen slightly but fallen at CD key retailers with around 25% off.
2. Dead Space
The remake of Dead Space seduces all the nostalgia of the first game released in 2008.
The atmosphere in the corridors is as oppressive as ever in this sci-fi survival horror, and everything has been improved and redesigned to provide an even more terrifying experience!
You’ll have to be ingenious to survive and use environmental objects during fights.

5. Elden Ring
February 25th will be the first anniversary of FromSoftware’s Game Of The Year 2022, which sold over 17 million copies after one year.
The event is eagerly awaited by fans who keep a close eye on the Steam page, and while some of the updated info is still cryptic, it was enough to stir up all the community’s fantasies and the hope of seeing the contents of the next big Elden Ring DLC revealed.
In the meantime, the game is priced at 31 EUR, almost 30 euros less than on the Steam shop.
After the disappointment of COD: Vanguard, Modern Warfare 2 was highly anticipated by FPS fans, and although it surpassed Elden Ring in sales, Activision’s game seems to be losing momentum, which might seem normal two months after the holiday season and a price that hasn’t dropped since its release.
Fortunately, the arrival of season 2, with its new features such as a new map and ranked mod, should undoubtedly increase its attendance curve.
The Indie Stone’s 4-way co-op survival horror has been going strong in its Early Access version on Steam since 2013.
Thanks to the many modders who keep adding content and regular updates to their Steam page, it is slowly becoming a must-have survival game.
The Steam promotion ended on 13 February, but the game is still half-price on our comparison site.
On the anniversary of the horror RPG’s release on February 04, 2022, and to celebrate 30 million copies sold by the Dying Light franchise, Techland decided to release several free updates which added cross-gen, legend level, more brutality, the return of some weapons, and some challenges which give packs and other gifts.
The studio also indicated that the future DLC of Dying Light 2 would be bigger than the previous one with a new story.
Despite the end of the anniversary promo on Steam, Dying Light 2 PC costs 66% less.
9. Forspoken
The first AAA game of 2023 drops to 9th, and despite its huge potential, we wonder why the new RPG from Square Enix (publisher of Final Fantasy 15), which is exclusive to PC and PS5, is struggling to convince in some countries.
Its cost on Steam and Epic Games at €79.99 is perhaps one of the answers. But as you can see, the price of Forspoken as a CD key is less than 55 EUR.

1 . Hogwarts Legacy
The doors of Hogwarts have opened early for those who bought the Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe or Collector’s Edition. Although the launch is taking place in several stages (February 7th at midnight for PS5/Xbox Series, 7 pm on PC, and February 10th for standard versions), expect some slowdowns in the first few days given how highly anticipated the game is and the number of pre-orders already made. Prices have slightly decreased, with around 30% off for the standard version and 27% off for the deluxe version.
2 . Dead Space
The Dead Space remake ranks 2nd in this week’s top PC games list. The science fiction survival horror is almost entirely remodeled for improved realism and a more intense horror experience. It already has a score of 88/100 on Metacritic, and some specialized website reviewers are already calling it a “masterpiece” (GamingBolt) and “one of the best games of all time” (Inverse). So with almost 30% off, why miss out?
3 . Forspoken
Square Enix’s action RPG sits in 3rd place. Mainly developed to be one of the best PS5 games, its PC version is one of the most eagerly awaited games of 2023.
