I bought 2 Deluxe Digital Guild Wars 2 serials from cdgamekeys.net in May.
At the beginning of August I got an email from NCsoft saying they are disabled, upon further checkup I found out they were bought using stolen credit card.

I talked to the support, who were very nice. That was over a month ago.
Since then we have a ping-pong conversation about me getting new serials.
About a week ago (a bit less than 1 month after this whole thing started) I finally got 1 replacement serial, a standard serial (not deluxe) 5 days after launch (unlike the pre-purchase – 3 days pre-access). Since then the support has been ignoring my emails, the online support (which I used when I wanted to buy the serial) is never online, and there is no way to catch anyone there.

As it stands at the moment, I have been scammed – don’t even care by whom. I paid for 2 deluxe digital serials with early access, got one standard serial about 5 days after launch.
I’m kinda sick of promises and ping-pong, hope this review will either get me a decent response or stop people from being scammed in the future.

We are going to contact Cdgamekeys.net to find an issue. We test the stores we display very often,ad that’s the 1rst time there is a problem with this one (only for Guild Wars 2). He has stopped to display this game when he has seen the problem (he has contacted us to tell us)
