Gamivo promises to deliver your pre-order no later than the day the game launches. Sometimes you may receive your key earlier, but this is rare and should not be expected. You can also cancel a pre-order up to 3 days before the launch date.
The Gamivo Customer Protection Program is automatically included in your cart and protects your purchase. Any item bought with the Customer Protection Program service activated is protected with a Gamivo Guarantee. You can turn this off by unchecking the box in your cart before purchase.
Gamivo Smart is a monthly subscription service that offers exclusive discounts, customer service priority, and order priorities. You can disable this by selecting “Buy With Regular Price” at checkout. Signing up for it will mean you do not have to purchase the Customer Protection Program as it’s included.
If you buy a game that can not be used in your region, make sure to notify Gamivo customer support immediately with screenshot proof, although you may not receive a refund or replacement. It is important to always check the region of the game and disable any VPN.

Legitimately got scammed. I bought the CD Key for endzone and when i redeemed it, the page was empty.

Shady auto-subscription for 4€/month.
During my sign-up and purchase, I was being cautious but, somehow, I ended up being a subscriber of their shitty service.
Even unsubscribing from this service was not as straightforward as it should be.
This was my first and last time.

I have been scammed with an already redeemed code,
First they requested I wait for the scammer sellers response,
They are now requesting the date and time of the activation of the code as if it was public knowledge, I won’t just be given that information by sony!
I guess i’ll just have to wait for the payment to clear to submit a chargeback from my bank

i do not recommend this site, i wanted to buy a code but not only did they ask for me to “prove” its me by sending an ID but they also instantly booked the money off my paypal. my honest opinion do not buy from them

While creating an account on AllKeyShop this is more convenient to provide the same email address as your paypal account by doing so you will avoid the extra security step present among some of our vendors.
You can simply take a picture of your ID and forward it to the vendor, it should sort the problem out.
