Purchased from this site a few times, and once had a steam key sold to me that was not from the zone it was claiming, so it could not be used by me. Had to request refund, and wait a few days to get the answer. Of all my game key purchases, this site is the only site which actually sold me incorrect one.
Awful keysite, I ordered 007 game pre order never received the key on release contacted support they said they would look into it then stopped replying to any of my messages I was forced to request a refund and that can take 28 business days, complete waste of time.
Always had a good experience and often get the games cheaper here even when supposedly cheaper elsewhere.
I have bought quite a few games/keys from them over the last several years (I have two pages full in the order history). The one time I had issues they resolved it pretty quickly. The most recent order went smoothly with no issues.
i bought from them many times and had zero issues(had to wait for 6 hours to get a pre load re9 key but i give them a pass because of how popular the game was). not sure why rated so low. maybe im just lucky.
