I bought a Windows 11 Pro Retail key and the experience was excellent. The key arrived quickly, activated on the first try, and the process was very simple. The license is Retail, which offers greater flexibility if I change computers in the future. Everything worked exactly as described. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a legitimate and hassle-free activation.
I will never buy from them again. No key, no customer service... Just terrible.
No matter which key you purchase from them, it will not work. You will then be forced into a painfully slow back-and-forth with their unresponsive customer support. After a long wait, they finally gave me a replacement key, but it was also invalid and completely useless. If you're wondering whether their customer service was actually helpful, the fact that I went out of my way to create an account on this site just to warn people should give you the answer. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Ordered a key, didn't receive the key. Contacted support via e-mail. E-mail bounced back. Contacted via Whatsapp, no response. Luckily paid with Credit Card, so will file for a fraudulent transactions (goods not delivered). Stay away!
