I have already purchased some games and DLCs without any problems, until now. I placed the order on 2026-05-23 around 17:37, around 18:00 I received the friend requests on battle.net, after 72 hours of waiting plus 24 hours, I did not receive the Diablo 4 Lord of Hatred gift! I made a request to Kinguin and so far no solution! After this episode, I was contacted by Kinguin support, which provided good service, making direct contact with PAYLESS! A few hours later the case was resolved!
bought a key and they wanted a 72-hour security wait that could have been 96 hours or not at all - avoid
Bought a key, never arrived, tried logging into my account to check if the key was saved there, can't log in because I'm not receiving verification emails. Three tickets, where in two of them I got copy-paste AI slop answers, when I CLEARLY AS DAY explained that I did everything on my part. Thanks nothing I guess? Money gone - no key, no account access, oh and no way to even answer their tickets because my emails to them are flagged by them as spam. AI SCAM FACTORY.

Kinguin is one of my go-to sites, since I have been using it I have never had any problems, and its UI was clean. To be honest it does what a key seller should do, provides keys at honestly pretty good prices while delivering it without problems and not being frustrating to work with. I could keep on going about it, like having a wide selection, etc, etc, but honestly its a pretty good site, all you need to do is make sure you read what you're buying :)
