I accidentally clicked on ‘refund’ for the game, and initially, I felt okay because they stated that they would refund the money (in Kinguin balance) within a few hours, allowing me to repay it. However, it has been a day, and I have not received anything yet. Yeah, it was my mistake to refund it accidentally, but it is a little frustrating that I haven’t gotten it back.
I paid with ETH, after an hour they cancelled the order, now i’m without the ETH and the game. No answer from support. Lesson learned. Huge scam…

The key didnt activate after a while, they refunded. It’s fair. Thank you.
Instead of a card, they refunded the money to their balance.

Didn’t receive a key, just an empty box. Also no reply from support in over a day npw that is supposed to answer within 24 hours. The chat bot was a complete waste of time as well, it just told me the order was complete. How helpful. Was hoping to get to chat with a real person but no option for that.
