Decent marketplace. I got scammed twice, but compared to Eneba the support actually helped me out. Just 3 stars because i got scammed in the first place, not once but twice and sometimes i waited for up to 8 hours until my key was delivered to me. Also it took 11 and 13 days respectively to get my refund.

This was once a website i trusted, but this i the 2nd time i have purchased a bad product key and didn’t get a response back until opened a case with PayPal. I will never order anything from the Kinguin.com AGAIN. BEWARE KINGUIN.COM

Used to buy games from them religiously, now they have ridiculous fees on purchases and they are usually more expensive than other key sellers. Trustworthy of course but there are better options

Very bad experience.
Had to go create an intel account and go through an extensive survey asking me to provide private data in order to get access to the key.
At this stage my account was blocked.
Answer form Kinguin’ support “your key is Europe, pretty sure you’re not from Europe”.
I live in Switzerland. Center of Europe just not part of European union. Never had such experience with any other retailers.
Reminds me some old warez websites, just with the trojans missing.
