Unfortunately, I found myself in an unpleasant situation: I purchased the item by mistake. On another website, it was listed in the catalog as a Steam gift card, but on K4G, they were selling Steam accounts. Selling Steam accounts is illegal, so I didn’t notice the error and made the purchase.
As soon as I realized the problem, I immediately contacted customer support. The result: two weeks of correspondence, and I haven’t received a refund, I still don’t have the item, and €34 is gone.

Great prices, but I have ordered 2 CD keys for a game and I have received duplicate tickets. Their supplier is very slow to react to my situation and I have been asked to provide them with screenshots. Their support team is asking for me to wait more and more days to resolve the issue. Do not get baited by the low prices, pay the extra 1 euro difference and buy from different key stores like HRK, Gamivo etc. You will not have problems like you likely will have with K4G.-
