Not recomended, bought an "instant delibery key" and the key is flagged for manual approval with a wait time up to 4 days until delivery.
Bought a key code for an xbox game and it says available but proceeds to state to wait for 1 or 2 hours. This has been happening for 9 days and they just telling me to be patient
