10 minutes ago i bought a steam gift card of 5$ . what i received was a steam gift card worth 4.76$ . i'm never buying from them again.
Just got my Onimusha Way of the Sword game key delivered. Got the premium deluxe edition at a very very good price. Honestly thought it was too good to be true. Only thing that confused me was why their store page said this game key wouldn't work in the UK despite the fact that EU keys do work.
I purchased an "Airbnb Gift Card 150 EUR Key" (Order #2470757), but the code delivered only credited €50 to my Airbnb account (€100 shortage). I provided full video recordings and uncropped screenshots to support (Ticket Q8NL6D), but they keep responding with automated generic templates and refuse to investigate. Selling a fraction of the advertised value and stalling customer support is unacceptable. Avoid buying gift cards from Gameseal until they resolve order #2470757.
Payment taken, no order and no help Very disappointing experience. My payment was initially showing as pending but has now been fully completed and the money has been taken from my bank account. Despite this, the company claims the payment was declined, says they did not receive the money, and has not provided my order. Instead of investigating where the payment has gone, they simply told me to contact my bank. So I am currently out of pocket, with no product and no refund.
