I previously purchased a Retail Windows 10 Pro license from Royal CD Keys and it worked perfectly on my first device. When I later tried to activate the same key on a new build, I encountered an activation error. I reached out to their customer support and they got back to me within a few hours and provided a replacement key that activated without any issues.
Provided the wrong key for win11 pro. Bad support with stupid questions, which can not explain the error 'is used on another device'.
It was pretty good, First time i got a wrong key which didn´t work but as i contacted support, I found different solutions which led me to find a new key that successfully activated my windows, great support!
I successfully bought an Amazon Prime subscription from them, but after 2 days my account got banned. Their support answered quickly at first, but after 3 messages they stopped replying completely. No refund, no solution. Very bad experience — keep your distance.
