DO I GET THE GAME I BUY INSTANTLY?

Most of the time, yes. It is possible that you may have to wait up to 24 hours for a key, but this is rare.

I BOUGHT A GAME, BUT MY ORDER SAYS “NEW” After buying a game, your order may say “New” or “Processing.”

“New” means that your payment system is still processing your transaction and “Processing” means that the key is in the issue phase. Be patient, as this can take up to 24 hours.

WHY DO I GET AN INTERNAL ERROR CODE WHEN TRYING TO PURCHASE A GAME?

Most of the time, an internal error code can happen if you are using a VPN. Please disconnect it if you are using one and try again. If you are still having trouble, please contact their support for help.

24 hours and the key has not yet arrived, the e-shop does not communicate. As others write, it’s a scam

Very low price, great! The website allows you to submit the purchase PRIOR your subscription, so you can buy stuff but you won’t actually see the code without creating an account first. It’s fair, but I wished I knew it earlier for transparency.

I inaly have a day off, and I bought elden ring from them, but I DIDNT get the key!!!
its telling me to wait 24 hours!!!
why??? I bought using paypal!!!

If you want ppl to buy something from the site, its should be more clear which version someone is going to buy also the website is far from appealing, Ive been there now at least 10 times and everytime I buy the game somewhere else, even a little bit more expensive. For example Fantasy General II is the game the general version? where Can I see this. Good luck hopefuly in the future it will change than I can buy something.
