The water and terrain mechanics add a real sense of mood and challenge, and the pressure to balance growth with disasters or divine wrath could make each decision count.
It is Romans time as 2 city builders based in the Roman empire are being released recently and Nova Roma brings to the usual city management also water management, having to build infrastructures and control the water as the old Romans did and also the gods worshipping is very important in the game, adding new ideas and layers to the usual gameplay.
