V Rising is an action RPG survival game with a dark fantasy theme where you play as a weakened vampired after centuries of sleep. To regain your strength, you will stalk settlements in a vast open world and hunt for blood. Then, you can build your own gothic castle as a sanctuary and a seat of power.

The game offers both solo and cooperative online play allowing you to dominate the world alone or with fellow bloodthirsty friends. Master unique abilities by draining powerful enemies and turning their strength into your own.




V Rising 1.0 Full Release Details

V Rising released on Early Access in May 2022 and although the updates were reasonably frequent, no one really knew how long we have to wait for the full release. And now the time has come!

The devs announced that V Rising 1.0 release date is set on May 8, 2024 and will be available for PC on Steam. And as part of its announcement, Steam is offering a 20% discount on the game which you can redeem until March 21, 2024.

While the Early Access version is already great, we can’t wait for what’s in store with its full release. The devs have announced some features and improvements that are for sure going to be included on May 8.

In their most recent update, they confirmed that there will be a new endgame zone called The Ruins of Mortium and a final chapter of the game with new enemies and V Blood bosses.

There will also be new weapons, equipment, and magic improvements which were also a response to feedback they received from EA period. Upgrade on decor, storage, and castle building have also been mentioned.

With a few months to go, we are expecting more features to be announced. Who knows maybe the best one is still waiting to be revealed!

Is V Rising coming to console?

During the long wait for the game’s full release, many gamers have been clamoring for a V Rising console version. And at the end of January, the devs have confirmed that this request was heard.





But, not for all unfortunately. The game will only be having a Playstation 5 version which is scheduled to release sometime this year.

As for Xbox users, there is no announcement yet if this will be possible this year or even in the foreseeable future.
