Flashback 2 Releasing Winter 2022

Flashback 2, announced at Summer Game Fest 2022, will release winter 2022, 30 years after the original game.

WHAT IS FLASHBACK 2?

30 years after the first game was released in the early 90s, Flashback finally has a sequel, and it will release later this year.

Flashback 2 is a long-awaited sequel to one of gaming’s most influential cyberpunk platform games.

French developer Microids, makers of Syberia, are developing Flashback 2, which looks like it will follow the same platform style as the first game released in 1992.

Flashback 2’s Steam info page says, “After overcoming the Death Tower, Conrad and his allies must once again face the Morphs, the alien race that threatens all civilizations.”

Under features, the game’s page says there are five action-packed levels, weapons and skills, an overpowered mecha, and a jet bike for traveling to key places.

News and details on the game is expected to come thick and fast over the next few months ahead of its launch.

Flashback 2 will release this winter for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X and Series S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
