No Man’s Sky designer Sean Murray has admitted that he made mistakes. The game launched back in August 2016 for PC and PS4 and at that time was criticized for its lacking content. Murray said that part of the problem was that players felt that they were promised more than what was actually given. Also, the dev team focused on “development rather than words” which Murray admits to being one of the problems. A new free update called No Man’s Sky Next could deliver some of the lacking content.

Industry analyst Michael Pachter from Wedbush Securities believes that hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding will be a cross-generation title. This means that the legendary dev’s first game outside of Konami will release both on the PS4 and the PS5. Pachter believes that the PS5 will launch in 2020 and this is why Sony did not announce any other exclusives at E3 aside from those that were already revealed previously. Death Stranding has been in development for several years now yet not much is known about the game even now.

Stormdivers Teased with New Images

Although the next game from Housemarque has been a bit of a mystery, we’re now seeing a bit more of it thanks to some newly released screenshots. The devs describe Stormdivers as “a high flying and heavy hitting, multiplayer centric experience”, and they’ve released 3 images of the game. Two of those are weapons — The Long Boi and the Yellowjacket. The third image seems to be one of the many locations within the game called “The Harbour”. At this time, the game has no definite release window yet.

Bad news for those anticipating Disgaea 5 Complete’s PC launch. The port has been delayed to this Fall. To make up for the delay though, NIS America will be holding a beta starting in early October. The delay was caused by a technical error found in the previous beta which actually included the whole game, including DLC, instead of just the content up to Chapter 3. The game was previously scheduled for a summer release. Hopefully, there won’t be any more hiccups so that the game’s release won’t be delayed any further.

Forsaken Gets HD Update

Forsaken is getting an HD update thanks to Night Dive Studios. Forsaken was first released in 1998, so it took around 20 years for the game’s HD update to arrive. The game was originally launched for PlayStation, PC and Nintendo 64 and it will be brought to the modern audience via Xbox One and PC. The HD remake will still be identical to that of the first game but will now be able to run at 60 FPS. This will also include all the unique enemies included in the N64-exclusive content.

Fortnite Adds Hilarious Tribute

If you are a Fortnite fan, you would know about the incident about Chappadoodle and Mueslk. What’s funny about it is that the devs actually made a tribute to immortalize the event that happened with the new patch 5.10. Let me give you a quick story about what happened. Mueslk saw that Chapadoodle was stuck and wanted to lend a helping hand which in the end actually killed Chapadoodle off. You have to watch the complete clip as it is really hilarious. The tribute included a tombstone and rubber tires.
