Ultros is a psychedelic sci-fi exploration adventure game set in a vast alien landscape, known as The Sarcophagus, which is essentially a giant, cosmic uterus holding an ancient demonic being named Ultros.

Here, you play as the protagonist who wakes up stranded on this strange world, trapped in a mysterious loop. As you explore, you’ll encounter bizarre creatures, solve puzzles, and uncover the secrets of The Sarcophagus and your own existence. Ultimately, you have to break free from the eternal loop you are trapped in.

Ultros being a metroidvania game, it features interconnected levels you can explore at their own pace. The game also has a unique loop-based mechanic that allows you to start over at key moments in the story, providing opportunities to unfold secrets, unlock different areas of the world, and gain new abilities.

Ultros was released on February 13, 2024 for PC, Playstation 4, and Playstation 5.
