EA SPORTS FC 25 is a solid football simulator, but it has its flaws. I think the worst part is microtrasactions that can turn a match into pay-to-win type of game. At the same time, it offers plenty of replayability, nice graphics and a wide choice of real football players and teams. Overall, it's a nice experience, although you might experience a couple of glitches.
While the Switch's hardware limitations prevent the game from reaching any technical milestones, there are a number of innovations. You can play with 3 friends in Rush mode, 5v5 (including the goalkeeper) in a small stadium with some tweaked rules. Tactics have been improved, as has the behaviour of the AI, and the career mode is more flexible, with a switch from men's to women's football, the possibility of starting during the season with the real rankings, etc.
