Hell is Us Demo Returns, Now Out In Updated PC Version And Console

Hell is Us demo is back! And this time, it brings with it patch notes for the improved PC version and for the first time ever, a console version downloadable for Xbox Series X|S and Playstation 5. We can finally experience the game with a controller!
Hell is Us Demo Now Available For Console and PC
Hell is Us first released a PC-exclusive demo in June. It featured the first part of the game and introduced players to the core system and combat of the game. The newly released public demo appears to offer the same content, but it’s now available on more platforms. Like before, it’s a limited-time demo, running from August 12th to 28th only.

The full game is targeted to run at 60FPS on console, which is also what is expected for the demo so console players are definitely in for a treat with this one.
As for PC players, you may check the updated PC system requirements here. Although there aren’t many changes in terms of the actual scope of the demo since June, there are a few improvements the team deployed for this version including an added Photo Mode, new difficulty screen, and more localization. Hell is Us is a semi-open world action-adventure game set in a land ravaged by a mysterious plague, where survival means facing deadly creatures, uncovering dark secrets, and confronting supernatural forces. Players explore dangerous, story-rich environments, engage in brutal melee combat, solve ancient mysteries, and craft or upgrade specialized gear to adapt as threats intensify. The game is scheduled to launch on September 4th, 2025 for PC, Playstation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
