FIGHT BACK AGAINST THE ZOMBIES
World War Z: Aftermath is a co-op zombie survival shooter for 1-4 players that spans across new zombie-infested locations.
The game plays out in episodes through three main locations, Rome, Vatican City, and the Russian Kamchatka peninsula.
The trailer above shows the same World War Z style of zombies, with endless waves of zekes attacking your position as you struggle to hold your ground.
The game features returning and new playable characters and eight classes.
The classes include Gunslinger, Hellraiser, Slasher, Medic, and Dronemaster, and each class has unique moves and perks.
You need to work together and combine your classes and skills to push through the zombie numbers and reach your objectives.
NEW GAME MODE AND PERSPECTIVE
There is a whole new game mode that will be released as a free update on PC post-launch. It’s called Horde Mode XL and will have hundreds of zombies on-screen simultaneously as you attempt to survive endless waves of attacks.
For those that want a more intense experience, there is also an option to play in first-person.
With the new first-person perspective comes a new melee system and dual-wielding options.
WORLD WAR Z: AFTERMATH RELEASE DATE
There has been no confirmation of an exact release date yet, and all we know is that it will launch sometime in 2021.
The game will be available on console and PC, with 4K 60 FPS support and full cross-play.
