The New Chapter for CheapDigitalDownload Users

CheapDigitalDownloads is going home!

Allkeyshop is always finding ways to give our community not only the best deals but also the best experience with buying digital keys. As you’ve seen quite recently, our website has undergone a major design update and we all hope you are enjoying it.

As we move closer to a more seamless and inclusive user experience, we are bringing CheapDigitalDownloads closer. So instead of having a separate site for our U.S. community, we’ve decided to migrate it to our main page, Allkeyshop.

Considering that both pages are almost identical, finding video games and reading gaming news will remain unchanged. The biggest part of this move is for you.

Since part of your CheapDigitalDownloads experience are the reward points (and we know it does take time to accumulate a lot of it), you do not have to worry about them because they will transfer with you.

You won’t be back to zero and the migration is super easy!

How can I transfer my CheapDigitalDownload points to AllKeyShop?

For those with no Allkeyshop account yet, follow from Step 1. Otherwise, you can go ahead and move on to Step 2.

1. Step 1: Create an account or log in to your AKS account
• You can use your Facebook, Google, Steam, Discord, or Twitch account to link
2. Step 2: Contact AKS support
• Provide the CDD account email
• Provide the AKS account email where the points should be added
• Wait patiently for a response from a support member.

If you encounter any issues, please include that in your ticket and attach screenshots for faster processing.

You can transfer your points from CheapDigitalDownloads to Allkeyshop until the end of the year.

How do I contact AllKeyShop support?

Contacting Allkeyshop support is straightforward. Regardless of which page you are in the website, you will see the Help button on the lower right side of your screen.

It’s not a chat box and you won’t be talking to a chatbot. Once you click on it, you will be prompted to make a ticket which will be picked up by someone from our team.

We will only need your Name, Email address (so we can contact you directly), your message, and any screenshots you’d like to add to support your inquiry.

Our response time depends on the amount of tickets but rest assured that we have multiple members in our support team so we can go through all inquiries in a reasonable time.
