GFA Games has officially shared its first post-launch roadmap for the post-apocalyptic MMO Pioner, revealing what’s to come for the FPS in Q1 2026.
Pioner entered Early Access on December 16, and the gritty, MMO FPS has its first roadmap as developer GFA Games adds more content and features to the shooter.
As part of the Q1 2026 roadmap, players can look forward to new main story quests, world events, raid missions, a new PvP map, and more.

Pioner: The Q1 2026 Roadmap Breakdown
GFA Games is looking to add content and improve gameplay with a tiered rollout through March. January kicks things off with the first major story expansion, adding a new main questline that dives deeper into the mysteries of the Island.
Beyond the narrative, January introduces a new high-stakes raid mission and a fresh PvP map. This suggests the developers are doubling down on the “High Risk, High Reward” loop that defines the genre, giving veteran survivors a reason to return and gear up again.
