Everstone Studio Reveals Where Winds Meet launches on PC and PS5 on November 14th!

Where Winds Meet is the new F2P action-adventure game in development by the Everstone Studio team. The debut game from the team, published by NetEase Games, brings an epic Wuxia-style adventure. As a young martial arts expert, we will explore an incredible world. Through various challenges and fights, we’ll try to unravel the mystery of our past.

Set in 9th-century China during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period. First revealed in 2022 at Gamescom, the team returns this year with the long-awaited release date announcement. Where Winds Meet – Release Date for the Wuxia-Style Action-Adventure Revealed

With the conclusion at the end of July of the Closed Beta for Where Winds Meet, the Everstone Studio team finally brings some news. As one of the major participants at Gamescom 2025, they confirmed the launch date on August 20, 2025. Confirming that their Free-to-Play open-world action RPG will debut on November 14, 2025.

All accompanied by the official trailer, showcasing an epic adventure in a Wuxia-style open world. Where martial arts take center stage with a strong choreographic style. Featuring incredible fights against epic enemies, as well as breathtaking landscapes and locations to explore. Launching on PS5, Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.

This is fantastic news for fans who couldn’t wait to try Everstone Studio’s open-world action game. They can finally experience the team’s debut adventure with a F2P game. According to the team, the game will offer over 150 hours of single-player content. You can also play in co-op with other players in a party of 4, as well as larger multiplayer modes like 10-player Raids and more.

During their presence at Gamescom, the IGN team also had the chance to interview Eric, the Head of Publishing for the game. He confirmed that the biggest challenge was integrating the Wuxia aspect with a single-player and multiplayer adventure. As well as featuring a historical period that is often overlooked, exposing it to a Western audience. This was achieved through some intuitive tweaks in the story and design.
