Obsidian released a new Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire trailer which shows the new additions available for the game which looks like one huge adventure coming our way.

The video is just under two minutes and it gives players a glimpse of the game’s adventure, companions, world, combat and most notable is the addition of naval battle and exploration.
Another thing is that you will be hunting a god. Here’s the excerpt from the game’s official site:
“The god Eothas, once thought to be destroyed, returns to life in the form of a titanic statue – nearly killing you as he destroys everything in his path. It’s up to you, the Watcher of Caed Nua, to discover Eothas’ purpose and decide to help or hinder his efforts.”

Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire had been delayed for about a month and now has a launch date of 8 May 2018 and is available for PC. Pre-orders of the game are available right now.
