Neon lights bleed into puddles on the asphalt while strange anomalies tear through the city block. You drift a custom sports car around a tight corner, step out, and immediately swap to flashy anime-style combat.
That specific blend of high-speed street culture and supernatural monster hunting hits a sweet spot. Hotta Studio is finally ready to hand over the keys to the city.
Hethereau Opens Its Doors This April
Neverness to Everness officially drops on April 29, 2026. The wait is almost over for anyone craving a fresh open-world gacha experience.
It launches simultaneously across PlayStation 5, PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. Full cross-platform support means you can grind daily commissions on your phone and enjoy the massive boss fights on a big screen at home.
The recent Co-Ex beta test gave players a massive taste of what the game has to offer. While the combat felt incredibly punchy and the world design was stellar, things were definitely a bit rough around the edges.

Polishing the Paint Job
The developers are actually listening to the beta feedback. The recently published roadmap proves they are tackling the biggest complaints head-on before launch day.
Performance and stability are getting massive overhauls across all platforms. That means fixing the weird ghosting issues and heavily optimizing heavy visual features like ray tracing.
Combat and character presentations are also getting serious upgrades. Expect improved base animations, richer facial models, and fixed lip-syncing—a major pain point during the beta test. They are even entirely overhauling the Awaken interface. No more boring static screens when you pull multiple copies of your favorite Esper.

Hand-Holding, Heists, and Aurelia
The life-sim elements are getting just as much love as the action. Hotta Studio is adding a highly requested first-person perspective specifically for hand-holding interactions.
Multiplayer is expanding, too. The Pink Paws Heist now supports co-op, featuring better pacing, new level variety, and adjusted enemy logic. Driving is a core part of the city’s identity. You can expect better haptic feedback on controllers, improved car camera behavior, and more vehicles to customize.
Plus, a brand new A-Class character named Aurelia is joining the roster right at launch to shake up team compositions.

Securing the Pre-Registration Bag
The hype is translating directly into massive numbers. Over 25 million players have already pre-registered, unlocking a guaranteed 30,000 Beetle Coins, 20 Elite Hunter Guides, and 5 Fabricated Dice at launch.
If the community hits the massive 30 million milestone, everyone gets the A-Class character Haniel for free. There is also a coordinated social media push happening right now. Hitting 5 million followers across their channels secures the exclusive “Officer Whisker” glider for the entire community.
Readying the Engines for Launch
The shift from the beta to the final release looks incredibly promising. Hotta Studio clearly wants to smooth out every pothole before letting millions of players loose in the streets. With polished combat, expanded multiplayer heists, and better driving mechanics, the foundation is set for a massive release.
Keep an eye out for more secret features the devs are holding back. April 29 is going to be a very busy day in Hethereau.
