The base version of Mewgenics already offers staggering depth. However, Tyler Glaiel seems far from happy to leave it at that, as he recently confirmed on X that he effectively wants to future-proof the title.
While the developer is currently prioritizing essential quality-of-life updates, a custom launcher and full modding integration are coming to ensure that the genetic combinations and tactical battles never truly hit a ceiling.

Tyler Glaiel recently took to X to clarify that while he is currently prioritizing non-Latin language support and Steam Deck optimization, the long-term goal is to add a dedicated launcher and Steam Workshop integration.
