Two Mana Games Have Joined Xbox Game Pass Standard Today
Yesterday’s additions were a nice treat for all Game Pass members. But today, July 2nd, brings a special upgrade for Standard tier players. Trials of Mana and Legend of Mana have officially joined the Standard library.
Both games were first added to Game Pass in September 2024, but only for PC and Ultimate subscribers. Now, they’re finally accessible to Standard members as well, completing the trio of platform availability and giving even more players a chance to experience these standout JRPGs.

A full remake of the 1995 Super Famicom gem Seiken Densetsu 3, Trials of Mana is a modernized action RPG that blends nostalgic storytelling with revamped combat, 3D visuals, and a dynamic party system. You choose three heroes out of six, each with their own unique backstories and intertwining destinies, making every playthrough feel fresh. LEGEND OF MANA
On the other hand, Legend of Mana offers a more experimental and whimsical take on the RPG formula. Originally released on the PS1, this remastered version retains its iconic 2D art style while adding updated features like a rearranged soundtrack, the option to disable enemy encounters, and visual enhancements. The game lets players build their own world map through the “Land Make” system, shaping both the story and structure in a uniquely non-linear way. It’s a curious and charming journey, now finally available for more Game Pass players to experience.
