Check out the games leaving Xbox Game Pass in February 2026. Play these titles before they’re gone from the library!

 

Updated Feb 18 – Xbox Game Pass Leaving Soon section has been updated to include the titles leaving at the end of February. Apart from Madden NFL 24 which was revealed earlier this month, four more games are set to leave the service. This includes Monster Train, Expeditions: A MudRunner Game, Injustice 2, and Middle Earth: Shadow of War.

Original publication – Microsoft is expected to reveal February’s wave 1 lineup later today, and with it, are also the games leaving the service mid this month. But before the announcement, the Leaving Soon section usually updates ahead of time, and it has already done so. Interestingly, only one game is listed.

 

Games Leaving Game Pass February 2026

Have we become accustomed to saying goodbye to multiple titles every month? Probably, because seeing just a single game in the Leaving Soon section has understandably made people skeptical.

According to the update, only EA Sports Madden NFL 24 is confirmed to be leaving mid-month which could be a sign that Madden NFL 26 is entering the service. Currently NFL 26 is only available for 10 hours via EA Play Game Trials.

It is very odd that there’s only one game listed and while many are speculating that more will be revealed with the official announcement, it’s worth noting that whenever this section gets updated, it’s usually 100% accurate. It is a short month so this could be it. Crossfingers!

Wave 2 leaving on February 28th

  • Monster Train
  • Expeditions: A MudRunner Game
  • Injustice 2

These games are currently available at 20% off for Game Pass members until they leave the service.

The official wave 1 announcement is expected to be released sometime today. For now, check out the 5 games that are already confirmed for February’s lineup.
