About this game

Deadcraft is an isometric zombie survival RPG with crafting and farming elements developed by Marvelous Inc. known for their work on the Story of Seasons series and Fate/Extella. In a world ravaged by a zombie apocalypse caused by a deadly virus, you must survive as the half-zombie/half-human Reid, use anything you can get your hands of to fend off your enemies like an ax, weedwhacker, and even the dead themselves by harvesting them and planting them to make your own zombie army.

• Make use of your half-zombie powers to unleash devastating attacks in the heat of battle, whether your targets are zombies or humans nothing will stand in your way.
• Scavenge for materials to create all manners of weapons, tools, and even some post-apocalyptic food.
• You can collect and plant the corpses of your fallen enemies to grow your own customizable zombie workers. Don’t stop unless you have an unstoppable force of zombie minions on your side!
• Survival in the zombie apocalypse means a constant supply of food and water, earning your living by helping others, or simply taking what you need by force.

Reviews

The game is more substantial than the budget price would suggest, and there’s no dearth of stuff to do, which doesn’t necessarily equate to interesting stuff to do. Lack of polish and some misguided systems get in the way, but Deadcraft manages to mostly rise above its many influences and find its own identity.
