Abiotic Factor, Deep Field Games’ co-op, open-world survival crafting game, has revealed its 1.1 roadmap. Over the next 12 months, players can expect new DLC, free updates, and a free weekend in November.
The roadmap released by developer Deep Field Games outlines four free updates coming to Abiotic Factor between now and Summer 2026, with two new DLCs and a free weekend coming at the beginning of next month.
Abiotic Factor’s free weekend is a chance for those who have been looking at the game since its launch in July to play the game and all of its content with friends.
Upcoming DLC Details
As part of its latest roadmap, Abiotic Factor is to get two new DLCs. The first will be released this autumn and is called Temple of the Stone. It will roll out along with free updates to difficulty settings, additional farmables, new skill perks, and quality-of-life improvements.
Over the coming months, players will get a holiday update that includes the Home World Winter Cabin gift and another free update in Spring 2026. That’s before a mystery new DLC launches in Summer 2026 with another free update that adds boats, pets v2, and more features.
Free Weekend Event
To entice players to try the game and pick it up, Abiotic Factor is holding a free weekend next month. The event will run from November 7 to November 9.
