It has been 8 years and a new Ys adventure is yours to enjoy. Get to play as Adol who awakens to a shipwreck. He saves whosoever he can and together they form a village in the nearby cursed island. The island is mysterious with some ruins as well as some fearsome beasts. You and your companions must band together to take on these scary enemies. In the midst of all of these, Adol keeps on dreaming about a blue-haired maiden that seems to be living in a strange world.
The game plays in a third person perspective and players would also be able to control different main characters all with different playstyles. The island you would be exploring is an open world, so you are allowed to go anywhere, players will also get to collect different materials either from defeating enemies or from opening chests located across the island. The materials that you have collected can be crafted into items that you will be able to use in your journey, like stronger weapons or even healing items.
Join Adol and the whole gang and get to discover what the cursed island is hiding. Also, know who the blue-haired maiden Dana is and why is she appearing in your dreams.
