In The Last Crusade, when Henry Jones is controlling the machine gun turret on the airplane they stole. When he shoots their own tail and simply turns around to Indy and tells him, "I'm sorry Son. They got us..." Cracks me up every time :)
My favorite Indy moment is when he tosses away the whip and uses the gun to beat the attacker.
