Even if it doesn't win everyone's approval, the PS5 has some very good console exclusives, and the two God of War games are among them. For me, Ragnarok in particular offers a balance between contemplation, divine combat and exploration in environments that are as sublime and varied as ever. The storytelling is enjoyable and the side quests will enrich your experience enormously, while the RPG aspect is also a plus for me, not too intrusive. Don't hesitate any longer!

The addition of new weapons and enemies keeps things fresh, and controlling Atreus adds depth to the experience. The free Valhalla DLC is a fantastic bonus. Overall, it's no wonder this game has received universal acclaim.
God of War Ragnarok is a Playstation-exclusive title released back on 9 November 2022 and serve as the sequel to the soft reboot that the series received with the 2018. A soft reboot that doesn't ignore the past title, at least at level story, and also see us moving from the Greek mythos to the Nordic Mythology, as well as a substancial change in direction from hack & slash to a story driven action adventure. A title that sees Kratos and his son Atreus, now a young adolescent.
