Apotheon is an indie action role-playing game developed and published by Alientrap.
You play Nikandreos the last champion for humanity. Zeus has separated the worlds of god and humans. In order to prevent the tyrannical god from causing catastrophe, you must assimilate the power of the gods to take them down.
Basically you have to kill all of Zeus’ children and harvest their essences. You can use different weapons from the ancient world such as swords, spears, bows, and knives. There are three different difficulty settings
Throughout the game you will explore a variety of sanctuaries tailored to each of the gods in Olympus. While adventuring you will be looting suspiciously obvious unguarded chests, hunting amazingly slippery forest animals, forging through people’s house for the best items, slaughtering a large array of enemies or innocent bystanders and much more.
Each god has an individual domain you must traverse and complete unique tasks within. There is an average of three tasks per domain that you can take on any order and once you finish you can confront the god personally in their own boss battles. Each boss varies from the others.
