What a month for Playstation Plus members!

It wasn’t long ago when the PS Plus Essential free games for this month were announced, and now we already have confirmed titles for Extra and Premium tiers, way ahead of the usual reveal time.

And to make it even better, both are launching day-one on Games Catalog.

A lot of gamers have been waiting for the day that Dave The Diver makes its way to the Playstation. Well, that day is now set as the game is scheduled to release on the platform on April 16, 2024. It will release and be added to Games Catalog on the same day the new set of titles do. So yes, a big day for Extra and Premium members.

Then just over a week from there, another game is confirmed to follow suit on its release day. One of the much-awaited games this year, Tales of Kenzera: Zau, is set to launch on April 23, 2024 and will be added to the Games Catalog as well.

While there are a lot to look forward to, don’t miss out on the games leaving Playstation Plus this month too. There are 11 titles so far on the list, so if you haven’t tried some of them, better get cracking as they depart from the catalog on April 16, 2024.

Dave The Diver Playstation Plus Games Catalog Entry

Dave the Diver is a casual, single-player adventure RPG that combines deep-sea exploration and fishing with sushi restaurant management. You will play as Dave, a diver who runs a sushi restaurant with the help of his quirky friends. During the day, you’ll explore the mysterious Blue Hole, a vast underwater cavern teeming with exotic fish and marine life.

The game was initially a PC exclusive which was later released on Nintendo. After much waiting, it will finally grace Playstation consoles this month. Unfortunately for Xbox users, the game is still not on the said platform.

Tales of Kenzera Zau Playstation Plus Games Catalog Entry

Tales of Kenzera Zau is a Metroidvania game where you will play as the young shaman named Zau, who ventures into the beautiful and treacherous lands of Kenzera in a quest to bring his father back from the dead. Zau makes a bargain with Kalunga, the God of Death, to capture the spirits of three monsters as offerings in exchange for his father’s revival.

The game is a blend of exploration, rhythmic combat, and puzzle-solving. The combat is said to be influenced by Bantu cultures, adding a unique flair to the gameplay.
