THE LAST OF US TV SHOW VS GAME
The Last of Us episode 1 premiered last week, reaching more than 10 million official viewers in the first two days, and it’s already being hailed as one of the best video game TV adaptations of all time.
Starring Pablo Pascal as Joel, The Last of Us is already being compared to the video game and is being praised by many for its accuracy and a few differences.
The most significant difference between the TV series from the game is that the show chooses to infect people through contact with tendrils instead of infection spreading through spores in the air.
The show chose to do that, so the actors were not wearing masks throughout the series.
As for similarities to the game, the vehicle scene and Sarah’s death were very similar to events in the video game.
