Space for Sale is a new cute colony sim developed by Mirage Game Studios and published by THQ Nordic that lets you sell properties on alien worlds.

As a cute property developer, you explore the solar system building luxurious homes and selling them to your wealthy alien clients.

It’s not all about setting the price, though; you will have to scout for the best locations, carefully manage your resources, and deal with aggressive local fauna.

Don’t worry; you don’t have to do it alone, as Space for Sale features drop-in/drop-out two-player multiplayer.

Space for Sale has no release date and is currently in pre-alpha, but you can see more of it and the rest of the games shown at THQ Nordic’s Digital showcase below.
