CONERU -DIMENSION GIRL- is the 2D side-scrolling adventure developed by the team at Eallin Japan in collaboration with HIKE GAMES. It brings a colorful and quirky adventure set in futuristic Shinjuku City. Here, we’ll guide the dimensional heroine, Coneru, against the alien forces of the Hateful Fruit Company.
The game was first shown at the Tokyo Game Show 2023 and was initially set for 2024, but due to a delay, it is now set to launch in 2025 for PC and Nintendo Switch. Eallin Japan is known for various animation projects, while the gaming division of HIKE Inc worked on Metallic Child and the recent Project Tachyon. Coneru: Dimension Girl – Release Date Announced
After a long wait, the Eallin Japan team is finally ready to launch CONERU -DIMENSION GIRL- . Their colorful side-scrolling adventure was first announced in 2022 with a first showcase at TGS 2023. Now, they’ve finally announced the release date for May 29, 2025, on Nintendo Switch and PC.
A fantastic announcement, accompanied by the new trailer. The second trailer shows us in action, guiding the mysterious Coneru, merged with our combat android to save futuristic Shinjuku City!
Coneru: Dimension Girl – What This Colorful Side-Scroller Offers
A colorful adventure full of action and humor, featuring an unlikely fusion between the dimensional heroine Coneru, and your combat android Socrates. Using both of their abilities to save Shinjuku City from the alien forces of the Hateful Fruit Company. Offering:
- An Action Date: A true action date between Socrates and Coneru. Where we’ll have to combine both their powers to save Shinjuku City. After all, this is a date!
- Weapon and Beam Combos: We’ll use Socrates’ melee abilities while Coneru unleashes powerful Beams with Bowling, Kaminarisama, Fuma Shuriken, and more. And activating the Run-Run mode, becoming unstoppable for a short period.
- Coneru’s Reactions: Coneru is a chatterbox and will react to what happens on-screen. Changing the effect of the Beams and creating new Techniques.
The announcement of the release date also comes with an update to the Steam Demo. The version 2.00 includes some new additions, including Stage 1 with the boss Site Foreman, and Stage 2 where we’ll face the Rec Clerk.
