Last week, the second trailer for GTA VI was released. But besides the trailer, there’s still a lot of information about the game world and the side characters that populate it. Today, we want to take another look at some of these characters – namely, the Real Dimez Duo.

GTA V has now been on the market for a whole 11 years. Everyone is eagerly awaiting GTA VI, which is set to release in May 2026. Since the second trailer dropped last week, the hype has grown even more. Who wouldn’t want to commit bank robberies as Lucia and Jason and explore Vice City right now? Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait another year for that. But what we don’t have to wait for any longer is information about the side characters. Rockstar’s official website already has new info on some of them. And today we’re focusing on the Real Dimez duo.

The Rise – From Street Hustlers to Music Stars

The Real Dimez duo consists of Bae-Luxe and Roxy. The two gained a lot of experience on the streets of Vice City early on and turned those experiences into inspired songs. They’re also very active on social media, posting not only their music but also personal videos to grow their follower count.

Five years before the events of GTA VI, the duo had their first major hit. This hit was created in collaboration with local rapper DWNPLY, but unfortunately, a second hit has yet to follow. That one song was the reason they became famous in the first place.

Bae-Luxe and Roxy haven’t had a hit in quite some time and are slowly fading from memory. Through this partnership with the Only Raw Records label, they hope to achieve new major success. Although the label is still very new, their chances of making it big again are now higher. And maybe they’ll even release their second hit in GTA VI.

Real Dimez in GTA VI – What We Know So Far

Real Dimez is an up-and-coming rap duo in GTA VI. Roxy and Bae-Luxe are two charismatic characters who have been working together since high school. They still carry street experience from their earlier days, which could be relevant for GTA VI. But in the game, their music career and connection with Raw Record Only will probably be more important. Whether they’ll play a central role or just be iconic side characters remains to be seen.

There are already some fan speculations that the two are inspired by a real-life duo – the rap duo City Girls. City Girls are also from Miami, and there are many parallels between the two duos. Their style, tone, and vibe are very similar.
