Sony has now rolled out the new PS Plus subscription service to Europe, and this is everything you need to know about blocked prepaid PS Plus and PS Now cards.

WHY CAN I NOT REDEEM MY PS PLUS PREPAID CARD?
Sony has pulled PS Plus and PS Now cards from retail stores and replaced them with PlayStation Store gift cards as they look to transfer to the new PS Plus service completely.
If you purchase a PS Now or PS Plus prepaid card now, the code will likely show as inactive or will not work when you try to redeem it on the PlayStation Store.
Sony began deactivating PS Plus cards in April to prevent users from stacking years of membership ahead of the new subscription model.
Now, with the new PS Plus subscription service available in all regions, you should buy the PlayStation Store gift card.
If you were already on the PS Plus membership, your subscription would have already been updated to the new one.

PlayStation Plus now comes in three different versions; PlayStation Plus Essential, Playstation Plus Extra, and PlayStation Plus Premium.

PlayStation Plus Extra Price:
