Blizzard’s Overwatch newest PTR Patch is for two of its heroes Roadhog and Winston. The game recently had a huge PTR update, so only a few balance changes will be available for the two heroes.

Geoff Goodman, the game’s principal designer says that “the Roadhog changes overall reduce the power of his hook a bit, but his gun is now more effective when not using the hook.”

Roadhog’s Scrap Gun’s spread has been decreased by 20% which hopefully is more effective. His Chain Hook now has the ability to pull targets with a distance of 3.5 meters away aside from original 2 meters. It also now has an increased cooldown of 8 seconds instead of 6 seconds.

Goodman adds, “Winston’s head hit volume was just abnormally big, making him take more damage than he otherwise should.” So, Winston’s critical hit volume was reduced by 15%.

Hopefully, all the changes made would balance out both characters to all the other heroes in the game.

This build will soon be seen in the game’s Public Test Realm (PTR).

Overwatch is available to be played on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. But the game’s PTR can only be accessed by PC players.
