One Week of Free Doom Demo Gameplay Started Last Night

A Doom Demo Has Arrived And Is Now Available This Week!

E3 Bethesda has announced that they will have a Doom Demo that will be available for the week which started last night. The Demo will feature a playable first level of the game which you can play in PC (Steam), Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

The idea came from the concept of shareware during the nineties with the use of floppy disks. Before, when you are not sure in purchasing a game, you can get disks that would have a small part of the game and you can buy the rest of it, if you like it.

Demos are not quite popular these days. However, shareware did make the Doom of the nineties a household name. Bethesda, plans to get more people to play the game this way.

1. Open Steam

2. Search for “Doom Demo”

3. Select “Play Doom Demo”

4. Then click on Install Demo

1. Go to Xbox Store

2. Then go to the Games section

3. Next go to “Search Games Store”

4. Then type in “Doom Demo”

5. Download

1. Go to PlayStation Network Store

2. Then go to the Search Option

3. Type in “Doom Demo”

4. Select “Try Free Demo”
