Monolith has announced that Middle Earth Shadow of War release will be delayed until 10 October 2017 worldwide. The game was originally scheduled for release on 22 August 2017.

Middle-Earth Shadow of War

The team at Monolith has expressed their regret for the delay of Middle Earth Shadow of War release, saying that they want to deliver the “highest quality experience.”

“Middle-earth: Shadow of War expands gameplay in every dimension, including the massive open world, the story, the RPG systems, and personal player stories of the Nemesis System. As with Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Monolith is committed to delivering the highest quality experience. In order to do this, we have made the difficult decision to move our launch date to ensure that Middle-earth: Shadow of War will deliver on that promise,” Monolith said in an official announcement in the game’s website.

Meanwhile, there’s a lot more to look forward to in the E3 2017 conference, the creators said. We are also excited to see more.

Middle Earth Shadow of War will be available on PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One.
