In a blog post, IO Interactive announced that they are removing Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 from storefronts and combining them with Hitman 3.
Combining the games into one means Hitman 3 will become Hitman: World of Assassination, giving both new and existing players the same content and making it easy to know which edition to buy.
Anyone who already owns Hitman 3 will get a free upgrade to World of Assassination.
IO Interactive stated in the blog that the changes will make it “easier than ever to enter and enjoy the World of Assassination.”
The changes come on January 26, when Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 will disappear from storefronts.
