God of War Ragnarok has gone gold ahead of its release.

Sony’s God of War Ragnarok releases in November, and they’ve just revealed the game has gone gold.

Going gold in gaming means the developers believe the game is completed and officially ready to be published on consoles and PC.

Announcing the news on Twitter, Santa Monica Studio said, “On behalf of SMS and all of our partners, thank you to the fans for supporting us over the course of development.”

It’s good news for all God of War fans as we continue the story of Kratos and his son Atreus trying to discover why Atreus is Loki.

God of War Ragnarok releases on November 9 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
