Fortnite Adding Weapon That Instantly Destroys Buildings

Epic Games‘ Fortnite continues to be one of the largest watched, streamed, and played video games on the planet, and data miners may now have discovered a potential new weapon that will destroy buildings.

NEW RARE FORTNITE PISTOL COMING

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 is well underway, and it has already pulled in players who had previously stopped playing Epic’s popular battle royale.

Chapter 3 Season 1, titled “Flipped,” has added new content, locations, skins, and quests to the game and has cycled in and out weapons and items to spend and redeem your V-Bucks on.

One big complaint for many over the years has been the challenge to build and shoot simultaneously, which has possibly kept many new players from enjoying the game.

That looks to be changing, though, as HYPEX, Fortnite content creator, and Epic Partner has revealed on Twitter that data miners may have discovered a new rare pistol.

HYPEX tweeted that the weapon will shoot every two seconds, deal 75 damage (113 for a headshot), and do 400 damage to buildings.

If proven accurate, the weapon could mean Fortnite becomes a more accessible game for those who struggle to build at speed.

At the moment, though, the weapon is not confirmed, and you will have to spend your Christmas V-Bucks on the battle pass or skins.
