You will definitely fall in love with Fallout 4’s Dogmeat, the trustworthy canine companion who is also one of the 12 characters that can accompany the player throughout the course of the game.

Believe it or not, the character Dogmeat is based on a real dog, a German Shepherd named River, owned by Joel Burgess, Bethesda’s level designer. The realness of the character Dogmeat is amazing as River performed for the video and audio capture to make a digital version of him. Having Dogmeat as companion is like having a real dog in-game! It has also been announced that Dogmeat will not die as you go through the game’s story, so feel free to love him all you want!
