#3: DayZ: The Hero of Vorkuta

Starting off today is a clip from the zombie game DayZ. We see the player Biffy right at the beginning on a server. He is currently running away from another player with an axe. The two are standing on top of a rooftop in the city of Vorkuta when he spots another player on a different roof. He shouts to him to shoot the player with the axe, and the Hero of Vorkuta delivers a perfect shot. Unfortunately, Biffy still bleeds out from the axe wounds.

#2: Portal 2: GLaDOS as a Home Assistant

The second clip comes from real life. Portal fan Mick has already rebuilt several things from the Portal franchise in the real world. One of his creations is GLaDOS in potato form, as known from the second part. He integrated a smart home AI into it, allowing you to talk to GLaDOS and even have her turn on the lights for you. And the best part is the comments you get from her for everything, just like the GLaDOS we know from the games.

#1: Rocket League: Defeating the Newest Breed of Hackers with Skill

Our final clip comes from Rocket League. In the clip, we see the streamer Tenacity, who is playing against a very specific type of hacker. These hackers manipulate the server so that it lags whenever they want. This can prevent Tenacity’s saves and make shots more difficult. Nevertheless, he manages to win against them together with his teammate. Here, skill definitely beats cheating.
