Space Marine 2 Update 11 Will Add Blood Angels Champion Pack, New Map, and Cosmetics
Saber Interactive has announced that its third-person shooter, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, will receive Update 11 in late November. The upcoming update will add the long-requested Blood Angels Champion Pack, additional cosmetics, and a new PvE Operations map.
Space Marine 2 developer Saber Interactive is continuing its support for the game, going into its second year, with the promise of a new map, cosmetics, and Blood Angels Champion Pack.
The game only celebrated its first anniversary a few weeks ago with Update 10, which added a new weapon, game modes, and maps.
Blood Angels Champion Pack – A Fan Favorite
The Blood Angels are a very popular Chapter within the Warhammer 40K universe, renowned for their aggressive and heroic actions. Fuelled by the Red Thirst and Black Rage, genetic flaws that overwhelm them with bloodlust and force them to relive their Primarch Sanguinanius’s death, they’re one of the most-requested Chapters for Space Marine 2.
Saber is preparing to give fans what they want in Update 11, with a Blood Angels Champion Pack, which will launch for the Tactical Class in late November.
New Map for Fresh Battles
For the first time, the PvE Operations game mode will move off-planet with a new map that will include an epic boss battle. So far, Saber has only teased us with a preview of the map (see below).
Saber has also confirmed that they will add more Heroic weapons to the game, a popular new feature from Update 10. While we don’t know the exact details, Saber says the Thunder Hammer will feature.
Cosmetics and Customization Options
There’s lots more to come in Space Marine 2 Update 11 in late November, including a Salamanders Cosmetic Pack and Bot customization. Saber also promises more additions to Siege Mode, with the developer stating they are “not done with it.”
