Newest Rainbow Six Siege Trailer For Operation Velvet Shell Revealed
Ubisoft just gave us the newest Rainbow Six Siege trailer for their premier DLC this second season. This time it shows everything that is included in the expansion. As you may know, we’ve featured the Operation Velvet Shell DLC before, it mainly consists of its individual elements rather than it being as a whole.

This time around you will see all the expansion’s elements come together in one trailer. The video is about two minutes long featuring it’s two new operators and their special new skills as well as the new map that you will be roaming in. Ubisoft gives this description about the video, “In Operation Velvet Shell, two G.E.O. Operators join Team Rainbow to protect civilians vacationing on the ‘Coastline,’ our new free map set in Ibiza Spain”.
The video also showcases the new abilities of the two new operators: Jackal and Mia. Jackal is a tracker who has special gadget attachment to his helmet called the Eyenox Footstep Tracker. This gadget helps Jackal see the most recent footsteps left behind by the enemies. The footsteps vary in color so he can tell who and where his enemies went.
Mira, on the other hand, has the Bulletproof Black Mirror which as the name suggests is bulletproof and is a one-way mirror as well. This can be placed on reinforced walls which allow you to watch your enemies on the other side. A special canister attached to the Bulletproof Black Mirror allows the glass to be removed, making it a gaping hole that you can shoot from or throw grenades from.
