Marvel fans are in for another treat as Arc System Works announced that MARVEL Tokon Fighting Souls will host its second closed beta next month. And this isn’t just a rerun of the first one, there will be new fighters, new stages, and even offline CPU battles!
MARVEL Tokon Fighting Souls Closed Beta 2 Announced
The upcoming fighting game MARVEL Tokon Fighting Souls is returning for Closed Beta 2 on December 5 at 00:00 PDT / 08:00 GMT, as announced by Game Director Kazuto Sekine of Arc System Works. This test will feature eight playable characters including new additions Spider-Man and Ghost Rider. Players will also get to battle across two new stages, Savage Land and X-Mansion, and enjoy new online lobby avatars and the option to take on offline CPU battles.

Since the first closed beta, the Arc team improved on a lot of things, from performance optimization and visual upgrades to combat balance adjustments. Arc System Works also noted that more details about what’s included in this second beta will be revealed in the coming weeks. So while it already sounds packed with content, there’s more to come.
Registration for new players is open now, while those who joined the first beta are automatically registered for this one. If you signed up previously but didn’t participate, your slot still stands and you can expect an invitation email soon. As a reminder, since the game is co-developed by PlayStation Studios, a PSN account is required to join.
